At Zest Novas, we aim to provide an efficient and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of your orders and the delivery of your custom-made suits.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to various locations within the United States and internationally. If your location is not available for shipping during the checkout process, please contact our customer service team for further assistance. We are constantly working on expanding our delivery network to serve more customers.
2. Processing Time
Each suit at Zest Novas is custom-made to your exact specifications. As a result, production and processing may take longer than standard ready-made products. On average, our processing time is between 2 to 4 weeks from the date your order is placed, depending on the complexity of your order and the customization options selected.
Once your suit is crafted, it will undergo thorough quality checks and will be carefully packaged for shipment. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping methods to ensure your order arrives as efficiently as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We partner with trusted carriers to handle the delivery of your order. Available shipping methods may include:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing is complete.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery within 3-5 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: For orders outside the United States, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500 within the United States. For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipping carrier. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by our shipping partners. However, please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, and the efficiency of the carrier. Zest Novas is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances.
- Domestic Deliveries: Typically, delivery within the U.S. takes 5-7 business days for standard shipping and 3-5 business days for expedited shipping.
- International Deliveries: Delivery times for international orders may vary from 7-14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
7. Customs Duties and Taxes
For international shipments, the recipient may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier upon delivery. Zest Novas is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by the destination country.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
While we take every precaution to ensure your order is carefully packaged and shipped, sometimes items may be lost or damaged during transit. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the package. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue.
If your order is lost, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the item is deemed irretrievable, we will send a replacement suit or issue a refund based on the situation.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. Zest Novas is not responsible for shipping delays or issues resulting from incorrect address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge a re-shipping fee.

You will receive updates on your order status, including when it’s been shipped and when it’s out for delivery. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
