At Zest Novas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your custom-made suit, please review our Refund and Return Policy below to understand your rights and the process.

1. Custom Suits and Made-to-Order Products
As our products are made to order and tailored specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom suits unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in measurements. Please carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.

2. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a suit that is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will arrange for the return and ensure the issue is resolved by offering a replacement or issuing a refund. To return the item, please ensure it is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached.

3. Alterations and Adjustments
We offer free adjustments within 30 days of receiving your custom suit to ensure it fits perfectly. If you find that the suit does not fit as expected, please contact us, and we will arrange for alterations at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process
If you qualify for a refund due to a defect, error in measurements, or another valid reason, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available if the item is defective or there is an error in the customization. We will happily exchange your item for the correct product or offer a similar product, based on availability.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.

7. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at info@zestnovas.xyz with your order number, description of the issue, and images of the defect (if applicable).
  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the return, exchange, or refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as accessories (ties, cufflinks, etc.) may not be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. Please ensure that these items meet your expectations before purchase.

9. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as the tailoring process begins immediately.
